My 5 Favourites:
Last week we looked at and talked about the things that are special about us on the inside and how we can use these amazing qualities to help others.
Today we’re thinking about what we can do when we feel sad or lonely or upset or worried about things.
First of all, have a chat with your grown up / sibling and think of things that do make you feel sad / upset / angry / worried at the moment.
Have a look at the sheet or draw a picture of your face.
Talk to your grown up – what are your 5 favourite things to see, hear, smell and taste?
Sometimes when we feel sad or worried it is important to remember the things that we like to cheer ourselves up. Remind yourself of the things that you enjoy!
Watch video input from Miss Tooms on Class Dojo as she talks about her 5 favourites too.
