We’ve spoken about our special characteristics and how we can use these to help others. We have also talked about our favourite things and how these can help to make ourselves feel better. Today we are going to add to this and think about our memories.
Think about lockdown and talk about it with your grown ups, it could be the past couple of weeks or it could be when we were in lockdown over the summer last year. What happy memories do you have? Was there something you looked forward to doing each day? Something that was a surprise? Someone you got to see, even if they stood far away?
Have a go at putting these memories into the memory jar. You can draw pictures in the boxes or you can write down the things you remember.
