Fairtrade Fortnight:

 

Look back at the timeline we made of banana production; what were the steps?? Make an active flow chart of this process (create an action for each part of the flow chart to act out)

 

Today you need to pretend that you are Juliana and that you are the leader of a banana plantation. You’ve just hired someone new to work on your banana farm. Can you write a set of precise and informative instructions for them so that they know what to do?

 

Remember that instructions start with fronted adverbials (first, next, then, after that, later, finally). They also use imperative verbs (bossy verbs like put, pick, look, watch etc. that tell someone what to do)
