Draw around your hand. Inside each figure, write a characteristic that you’re proud of or that makes you special. It might be that you’re kind, patient, helpful, artistic, musical, loud, quiet etc.

Around each finger, think of ways that you could use these characteristics at home or at school. What could you do to show others that you are those things. How could you bring happiness to someone you care about by using those characteristics that make you special.

Finish by decorating your hand.
