Show the children the piece of writing that Miss Tooms has done. Print it off or look at it on a computer screen. Read through it with them or listen to Miss Tooms reading it.

Can you go through and mark her work?
With a different coloured pen and those marking symbols from yesterday, give her some ticks or make corrections where she may have missed something! What could she do to make her writing even better??

Take a look at the writing that you did yesterday, can you go through it with your pen and mark it? Are all your capital letters and full stops in the right place? Have you used any conjunctions, contractions, exclamation / questions marks?
