Primary schools each receive a sum of money for sports funding plus an additional amount per pupil.

St James has not been eligible for this funding until 2019-20, when we had children in Year 1 but PE, healthy lifestyles and outdoor activities have always had a high profile in our school and we aim to get children excited about playing sport, games and exploring the outdoors.
